How Trip Planner Works
Add a hut for each night of your trip. Hut Finder checks live availability from the DOC booking system for every night at once, so you can see at a glance whether your itinerary is feasible — without clicking through the DOC website one hut at a time.
When you find a combination that works, click the Book → link next to each hut to complete your booking on the official DOC website. Book all huts before any fill up — DOC bookings can't be held.
Availability is pulled from DOC every 2 hours. Always confirm on the DOC website before travelling.
